Mounts to standard 5-bolt HD type wheels with 3.25" bolt circle
Allows the use of factory touring model 320 mm front spoke mounted floating brake rotors on custom wheels.
Designed only to be used on all Arlen Ness® wheels with cartridge type wheel hubs.
